519 Magazine is now available in St. Thomas and the municipality of Elgin, including Aylmer, Belmont, Dutton, Port Burwell, Port Stanley, Rodney, Shedden, Springfield, Straffordville and West Lorne through all 11 public libraries.

St. Thomas Public Library and the 10 Elgin County Library Branches include:
