NBC’s America’s Got Talent stars – ventriloquist Paul Zerdin AND Piff the Magic Dragon perform on The Colosseum stage on Friday, March 30 at 9 pm.
One of the world’s most on demand performers, ventriloquist Paul Zerdin’s unique talents have earned him several invitations to perform for The Queen and appearances at the popular Just for Laughs comedy showcase in Montreal. With impeccable comedic timing and a cast of lovable characters, his critically acclaimed live shows sell out theatres around the world including regular appearances in Vegas. As seen by millions in the 2015 season of AGT and YouTube favourite, winner Zerdin brings to life the cheeky pre-adolescent Sam, a precocious infant Baby and belligerent OAP Albert.
Another stand out star of AGT was Piff the Magic Dragon – think Larry David in a dragon suit (with a trademark Chihuahua named Mr. Piffles) who performs jaw-dropping magic tricks and you’re on the right track. AGT celebrity judges Howard Stern and Howie Mandel were huge fans and singled Piff out as one of the funniest and most unique acts in the history of the show. With over 12 million YouTube hits to his name, Piff has performed to hundreds of thousands of fans in iconic venues around the globe. His one-man show has had five record breaking runs at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, two sell-out seasons at SoHo Theatre in London’s West End and a national tour of the UK and Australia.
Tickets start at $25 Canadian and go on sale at noon on Sunday, January 14, 2018. Ticket purchases can be made through ticketmaster.ca.
