Amanda Keeles’ “Can’t Stop Me Now” tour brought a wave of country charm to Chatham’s Kiwanis Theatre, Saturday, March 2nd, setting the stage for a memorable night of music. Dressed in a shimmering sequined dress and exuding confidence in thigh-high boots, Amanda’s infectious energy ignited the venue from the very first chord.

The concert marked the second stop on her nine-show album release tour, building anticipation for her upcoming performance at Toronto’s TD Music Hall on June 22nd. The album “Can’t Stop Me Now” was released on all streaming platforms the day of this show, making the event even more exciting, and the atmosphere buzzed with excitement as Amanda and her band delivered a memorable performance that showcased both her vocal prowess and stage charisma.

Amanda performed the entire album for the excited Chatham fans as well as several cover songs from artists as wide ranging as Fleetwood Mac, The Allman Brothers, Shania and AC/DC. Amanda’s touring band, led by another London native, guitarist Scott Szeryk, was tight this night and represented the recordings well live.

A highlight of the evening was her performance of Fleetwood Mac’s “The Chain”, performed with the opening act, singing couple Aaron and Aimee Allen. Aaron and Aimee were a solid opener with their performance of originals and covers that were well received by the crowd this night. The duo have ties to the Chatham area as well so it felt like a homecoming performance for them.

Overall, Amanda Keeles’ “Can’t Stop Me Now” tour stop in Chatham was a resounding success, leaving attendees eager for more from this emerging country star. With her infectious energy and undeniable talent, Amanda Keeles is undoubtedly a name to watch in the country music scene.
