Saturday night (April 6), Chrysler Theatre in Windsor was transformed into Beale Street in Memphis for a concert of world-class music. Memphis Jones and The King took over the stage and gave the crowd a musical celebration of all things Memphis. 519 sent photographer Maureen Stewart from K&M Photography to catch the action.
Jones shared stories about the legends behind the songs that make Memphis famous. He’s traveled around the world sharing this one-of-a-kind music experience, from blues to soul and rock & roll.
Memphis Jones is a fan favourite on Beale Street. He performs weekly with his trio, The City Limits, at BB King’s Blues Club with his high energy show.
Jones was joined by Graceland’s own 2014 Ultimate World Champion Elvis, as certified by Elvis Presley Enterprises, Jay Dupuis.
