Slash has canceled his upcoming performance at The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor on July 27, 2024, as part of his S.E.R.P.E.N.T tour. In a heartbreaking turn of events, the tour’s sudden pause comes in the wake of a profound personal loss for the Guns N Roses guitarist – the untimely passing of his 25-year-old stepdaughter, Lucy-Bleu Knight, on July 19 in Los Angeles.
The Windsor show is one of four dates that have been canceled, including:
- July 22 – Cincinnati, OH – PNC Pavilion at Riverbend
- July 24 – Interlochen, MI – Interlochen Center for the Arts
- July 25 – Huber Heights, OH – Rose Music Center
- July 27 – Windsor, ON – The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor
Refunds for the canceled Windsor show will be available at the point of purchase. The S.E.R.P.E.N.T tour is scheduled to resume on July 28 at the Budweiser Stage in Toronto.
The S.E.R.P.E.N.T tour, which stands for Solidarity, Engagement, Restore, Peace, Equality N’ Tolerance, is a celebration of the blues featuring Slash and his blues band, along with various guest musicians. The tour supports Slash’s recent album “Orgy Of The Damned,” a collection of 12 dynamic blues songs featuring collaborations with renowned artists.
