Moggy Cat Rescue will be holding it’s second annual online auction fundraising event from June 1 to June 3, 2017.
Moggy Cat Rescue was started in April, 2013 in Windsor as a group of volunteers dedicated to rescuing and re-homing cats and kittens in need in the Windsor—Essex area. To date, they have taken in and re-homed over 400 cats and kittens. However, it is estimated that up to 50,000 feral cats and kittens are living in Windsor and its surrounding areas.
Moggy Cat Rescue will continue to work, grow and educate the people within our community with the hopes that one day we will make a difference to the feral cat population. They work with other local rescue groups to TNR all the feral cats that they come across. During the summer months, they often have 40 or more adoptable cats and kittens at any given time.

Moggy Cat Rescue seeks to rescue and re-home approximately 250 cats per year. As you can imagine, taking in stray cats and surrenders comes with huge veterinary costs for us. All of the funds raised from this event will be used to support Moggy’s work in our local community. All donations to the event will help Moggy Cat Rescue continue to help make life better for cats in need, right here in our community.
