snow queen

This weekend, the world of Hans Christian Andersen will be brought to life through the magic of dance in The Snow Queen: A Dance Production staged by Windsor Dance eXperience for their 50th production. The show is being held at The Captitol Theatre Saturday, June 3rd at 7pm and Sunday, June 4th at 2:30pm.

Follow the journey of Gerta as she travels through the four seasons in search of her dear friend Kai, who was kidnapped by the frozen-hearted Snow Queen. Can Gerta find Kai before he is consumed by cold and bitterness forever? Will the other seasons be able to stop the Snow Queen before she turns the world into a forever winter? This all dance production features movement inspired by Bollywood, Irish, African, Chinese, Jazz and Contemporary dance. Come join us in a world where the seasons are ruled by four very different siblings who must learn to compromise and balance.
